Why height changes the hit

Two things happen when a bong gets taller:

1. More chamber volume. Bigger lung pull, more vapor delivered per hit. You can fill it up.
2. More cooling distance. Smoke has further to travel from the bowl to your lips. By the time it reaches you, it’s noticeably cooler.

Yes, the neck is the issue — a bottle brush only goes so far. Use the iso + salt + cap-and-shake method. Pour out dirty water, add 91% isopropyl and a handful of coarse salt, cap both openings with your hand, shake hard for two minutes, rinse hot.

What’s the tallest bong worth buying?
