Roots Glass quartz banger kits — full weld, slurper, taster, and turbine designs paired with carb caps, terp pearls, and tools so you don’t have to source pieces separately. Every kit ships rig-ready in 10mm, 14mm, or 18mm joint sizes. Pick a kit below or read on for the dab tech that actually matters.
A quartz banger kit is a quartz banger paired with the accessories you need to actually use it — a carb cap to direct airflow, terp pearls to spin and spread the oil, and sometimes a dab tool. Buying the kit costs less than sourcing each piece separately and guarantees the parts fit each other.
Joint size first. Your dab rig determines the joint — 10mm, 14mm, or 18mm, male or female. Mismatch the size and nothing seats. Check your rig before you buy.
Style decides the dab. A standard bucket banger is the floor — drop oil, cap, hit. A terp slurper has slots in the bottom that pull oil through a dish for more surface area and stronger flavor. Tower and turbine kits add spinning carb caps for forced airflow.
Full weld is durability. A full-weld banger fuses the bucket to the joint as one piece — no seam to chip, no thin spot to crack. We don’t sell anything less. The kits here are all full-weld quartz.
The dollar gap between $20 and $60 kits is mostly thickness and weld quality. Thin quartz heats fast but cools faster — you re-torch constantly and burn hot spots. Full-weld 4mm+ quartz holds temp longer, dabs cleaner, and survives drops the cheaper stuff doesn’t. Spending $50 once beats replacing a $20 kit four times.
Chazzing = the cloudy white burn that forms when you torch quartz too hot, too dry. Three rules: cold-start dabs (drop oil in cold, then torch — never the reverse on an empty banger), swab with a cotton bud after every dab while still warm, and never let the quartz glow red. Chazzed bangers can’t fully be rescued — prevention is the only fix.
No. Bangers are designed for concentrates — the bucket holds liquid oil that vaporizes on hot quartz. Flower needs a bowl piece with an airflow path. If you want a piece for both flower and dabs, look at our bubblers with swappable bowls instead.
500–550°F for flavor (low temp, slower vapor, full terps). 600–650°F for size (more vapor, less flavor, harsher). Most people land 550–600°F. A timer + cool-down off the torch is more accurate than guessing — heat 30 seconds, cool 35–45 seconds, dab.
14mm is the daily-driver standard — most rigs in the last decade use it. 10mm is found on smaller rigs and terp tasters. 18mm is older or oversized. Check your downstem/joint before ordering. Female joint on the rig = male joint on the banger, and vice versa.
Restricts airflow so the oil pulls evenly across the bucket instead of pooling and burning in one spot. Bubble caps are general-purpose. Directional caps push the oil with intent. Spinner caps spin pearls inside the bucket for max surface coverage. All three are upgrades over no cap.
For a slurper or any wide-bucket banger, yes — pearls spin in airflow and physically spread oil across the dish, exposing more surface area to hot quartz. Bigger surface = more efficient vape, less waste. For a small bucket banger, less critical.
Swab while warm with a cotton bud after every dab. Once a week: iso (91%+) bath for 15 minutes, rinse with hot water, dry. Salt + iso shake for stubborn buildup. Never use a torch to burn off residue — that’s how chazzing starts.
Each kit listing above shows the exact contents. All ship same or next business day.

I really like this rig but I was expecting it to be a little bigger. The description said 9 inches but I would say it’s more 6 inch range . I attached photo with it next to my 8 inch bubbler to show size. Most of my rigs are 4 to 6 inch range. I just wanted something a bit bigger. If was looking for something in the 6 inch range. This would be perfect. I would recommend downsizing to a 10 mm adapter. It’s not a necessity but I feel it makes the draw smoother but it’s a great rig for $100 price point. It seems to be built well and have enough to be used with an Enail.

Got what I wanted, parts were safely wrapped, overall great product. Didn’t come broken, nothing out of the ordinary.

Great craftsmanship, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, hits like a dream, doesn't feel cheaply made, and EASY TO CLEAN! I own several water pieces ($100 or less), this ones my favorite. I'd recommend a double sided rubber mat underneath because the base is not as wide and could be prone to tipping. Works well with ball vapes.
this thing is heavy, thick glass fr. the double tree perc stacks bubbles like crazy and the hits come out super cool and smooth. 16 inches so it stands tall on the shelf, and stemless means cleaning is so easy. clean welds too 🔥
fits my peak pro 3dxl chamber perfect, slid right onto the joystick grommet no adapter needed. directional airflow moves everything around so nothing gets left sitting. dialed 🤘
great value, you get the rig the slurper the marble and the pillar all in one so i didnt have to hunt down pieces. compact lil setup, easy to keep on the go 👌
shipped super quick. this thing is heavy glass fr, feels solid in the hand and the ball chamber recycles so nice. 8 inches so it sits perfect on the desk, came with the 14mm bowl too. roots is top notch 💯
glass is thick and the beaker base sits rock solid on my table. 10 inch is the perfect size, big enough for smooth pulls but i can still grip it one handed. came with the bowl and downstem ready to go 🔥
